Class of 2026
The ITS Contest selected Designers receive financial support, and join a network of peers and industry experts that provide mentoring and career opportunities. They also have a chance to see their work exhibited within Italy’s first contemporary fashion museum. At the core of the ITS experience lies a Residency in Italy - an invaluable opportunity to learn new skills and make lifelong friendships at the crossroads of Europe.
The I:C 2026 Timeline
Here are the edition’s key dates to help you navigate the application process.
Get Ready
Check the entry requirements and start preparing your application.
Time to Apply
Applications are now open.
Create your profile on our website and start uploading.
Final Call
Complete your application and submit it by the deadline — late entries won’t be considered.
Entry Selection
The Jury reviews applications from around the world and selects the top 100.
Ship Your Portfolio
If selected, ITS Contest arranges free pickup and delivery of your physical portfolio to Trieste.
Make the Shortlist
The Jury selects the 10 I:C 2026 Designers. They are notified first, then announced publicly. Each receives €10,000, joins the Residency, and exhibits their work at ITS Arcademy for 10 months.
Join the Residency
The 10 Designers join a 10-day Residency in Trieste with workshops, mentorship, and time to build friendships and creative alliances.
The Final Event
I:C 2026 culminates in a two-day public celebration with the Designers, Jury, international press, and guests — featuring the opening of two ITS Arcademy exhibitions, including one devoted to the Designers’ work.
