CATHARSIS
A collection of research and expression on how to improve self-affirmation and how to affirm our existence and life. Studying how recent conflicts and pandemics are affecting people, Asato noted that the number of people feeling mentally exhausted was exploding. It made him reflect on the importance of affirmation in life, what lies at the core of it and the process of development of a spiritual affluence. He aimed at re-recognising our own existence by personifying the 8 fundamental emotions people have, celebrating our imperfections and vulnerabilities, looking into personal experience with these emotions (with autobiographical references to his relationship with his father) and trying to make peace with them.
