technical description
Yellow pleated chiffon mini dress with wide raglan sleeves. The look is completed by a sculptural leather element, configured as a one-shoulder top with a high neckline. A structural extension develops from the top, wrapping around the torso and fastening at the front as a belt through a maxi metal buckle. The ensemble is completed by 3D-printed eyewear with layered Plexiglas lenses and frame covered in wood.
concept
Visionaries like Isamu Noguchi, Zaha Hadid, and Charles & Ray Eames have profoundly influenced the development of Stan Peeters’ collection. Their ability to sculpt space, to balance softness and structure, resonated with his desire to envision garments not just as clothes, but as elegant wearable sculptures integrating architectural shapes and 3D-printed accessories. The sculptural 3D-printed glasses with laser cut plexi, inspired by the artworks of Olafur Eliasson, add a bold, futuristic touch, bringing every look together. His choice of materials reflects a dialogue between the natural and the industrial, with custom steel hardware and wooden jewellery created in collaboration with his father. Mixing bright tones with natural hues, aiming for a sophisticated, intimate silhouette, Stan houses the body in a pavilion.
