A special event to celebrate borderless collaboration and creativity

ITS Arcademy – Museum of Art in Fashion hosted the exciting concluding event of ITS GO! 2025 Borderless for FVG Schools , bringing together the seven fashion schools from Friuli-Venezia Giulia (Trieste, Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia, Gemona del Friuli) that participated in the project. Students, teachers, and school administrators celebrated a year of intense commitment and creativity together.

Through workshops, guided tours, concept development, and garment production, the students brought their vision to life. The project saw these young talents engaged in creating “borderless” designs, rich in narratives and inspirations that celebrate the overcoming of boundaries, both geographical and symbolic. Each group interpreted the theme in a unique and personal way, sharing diverse experiences and viewpoints.

The seven selected outfits, which effectively and originally interpreted the project brief, will become part of the permanent collection of ITS Arcademy. They will be exhibited together in the museum’s Wunderkammer from June until January 2026, alongside creations by the international finalists of ITS Contest 2025. Celebrating the creativity and innovation of local young talents, the project has built a significant bridge between schools, culture, and the community. The initiative aligns perfectly with GO! 2025 Borderless – Nova Gorica and Gorizia European Capital of Culture , offering a careful exploration of the idea of a border not as a limit, but as a place of connection and creative exchange, promoting a vision of responsible and conscious fashion.

Alongside the garments, a video by Fabio Bressan will tell the story of the young creatives’ work and dedication, including the visits, workshops, and behind-the-scenes production.
