Benefit from the FVG Art Bonus with ITS Arcademy.
Liberal cash disbursements to the ITS Foundation, the main body of ITS Arcademy, enjoy the tax benefits established by law.
The Art Bonus FVG, established by the Region provides for the granting of contributions in the form of tax credits to individuals who make liberal disbursements for projects promoting and organizing cultural activities and enhancing cultural heritage.
The following people are eligible for the tax credit:
- individuals
- micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that, on the date of submission of the application for assistance, meet the requirements of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014
- large enterprises
- Foundations (including banking foundations, for the year 2024)
These individuals must meet the following requirements, among others:
- Have a registered or operational office or residence or tax domicile in Friuli Venezia Giulia on the date of submission of the application
- Make a liberal disbursement of the following minimum amount, for 2024, equal to:
- 2,000 for micro enterprises and individuals
- € 3,000 for small businesses
- 5,000 for medium and large enterprises and foundations (including banking foundations)
The amount of relief granted to beneficiaries is 40 percent on liberal disbursements to support projects for the promotion and organization of cultural activities and projects for the enhancement of cultural heritage, and 20 percent on projects under the so-called national Art bonus.
