technical description

Glass structured head piece featuring six bezel-set opalescent white oval-shaped crystals at its centre and a mirror polished silver-plated v-shaped beak panel that reflects the eyes of the wearer.

concept

Jittrakarn's designs are an dazzling experiment to explore how jewellery can alter the wearer's perception of themselves. Emphasis on transforming the facial appearance, the body part people are most recognised by and experimentation with reflection and distortion techniques were applied to 10 headpieces also inspired by native culture. 3D printing technology is used as a main production method, choosing Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Plastic PA12 which is a highly reusable material as a main material combined with polished metal, reflective acrylic and transparent crystal.
