concept

Cloudcuckoolanders are people with their heads constantly in "the clouds". Innocently brave, detached from reality and sincerely themselves. Today people’s heads are constantly in the internet cloud, is it possibile to find a balance between virtual self and real self? Exploring the possibility to create headpieces that represent a connecting media merging both worlds since hats often stand as a symbolic representation of identity. By building a system that translates sound data into digital knitting patterns, a wearable world was created to invite people to join in. Neither offline nor online but somewhere in between, a combination of both worlds.
