concept

Sedentary lifestyles contribute to weight problems. Being overweight often triggers negative reactions like low moods, lack of motivation and an inaccurate perception of one's weight. This makes it even harder to embrace exercise, a key aspect in resolving the problem. The idea underlying Eliana's footwear is to work against these difficulties by turning exercise into a playful activity. The colours, shapes and interchangeable soles of her pieces, are the result of meticulous research in fitness benefits and easy-to-do playful exercises that stimulate the senses towards a positive reaction to physical exercise and awareness of health benefits.
