concept

Growing up skating the wet streets of Copenhagen in a cold, isolated Nordic landscape. A life physically connected to rough urban surroundings. Seeking to capture the tactile qualities of this environment, through a naive and childish language which directly references, the shapes, colours and textures of his outfits, a comic graphic style of the sketches developed to identify the characters of this collection. Telling the story of lost kids hanging out by the industrial docks. Vandalism is on their agenda and their uniform is metamorphosed by the oil sea, the wet asphalt and rusty containers.
