2015-cheiyoung-bokyum-suh-brooch
technical description

Brooch reflecting an abstrat design composed of an accumulation of vari-coloured cellulose shapes embellished with gold leaves and a metal pin.

Size 130x100x50mm, 8 gr., 2015

concept

All living beings will disappear in the end, living only instantly within an infinite amount of time. All things exist only in the moment. The sound of clapping exists only in the instance of clapping. Human beings want to extend the moment, and possess things in a succession of moments to prove their own existence. Bokyum’s jewellery pieces were designed to exist only in the moment.
