concept

Yasuto’s collection is strongly rooted in a Japanese cultural and historical background: directly referencing the style of the hard working businessmen’s outfit. The challenge was to develop it into something that could be considered in fashion, creating a strong look while at the same time communicating that this is a man who is doing his best to take care of his family and survive (not without a pinch of irony). This is menswear for those who have a sense of humour as well as for those who respect their hard working fathers.
