technical description

Black and white neoprene intarsia egg-shaped oversized sweater with raglan sleeves and a mohair felted collar and cuffs. Both the sweater and sleeves are made of contrasting neoprene textures featuring mirrored dark speckled graphics against a white background. The collars and cuffs are knitted in 1:1 rib in felted long mohair yarn.

concept

Stemmed from researching traditional Nordic fashion but keeping an edge of humor. In this menswear collection knitting and felting invade the clothes like a northern wind gust: colours blur, materials combine and a new view of garments that appear classical is created. There is a romantic playful attitude underlying each garment, that drives the overall aesthetics back to childhood, to dreams of great adventures and explorations. A question lingers, suspended mid-air: perhaps it just represents a silent cry for love?
