concept

A profoundly intimate journey through an amusement park where enduring pain is the ticket inside. Contrived from the desire that the soul of Tomohiro's grandfather - who died feeling great pain - might play in exchange for his suffering. All of the activities in the park are inspired by memories of his grandfather, and are captured in the clothes of this collection. Drawing from his unconscious, recollecting the past to create this style. The clothes - reference elements from samurai culture to Tyrolean folklore - serve to keep these memories alive.
