concept
Focused on challenging and re-investigating traditional ways of applying pearls in jewelry. The work explores new possibilities for traditional materials in terms of classic aesthetics and development process. Pushing the boundaries in the use of pearls by introducing innovative functions and techniques, taking inspiration from simple geometry, structures and texture, and looking at modularity and interaction.
