concept

Key inspiration taken from the work of Egon Schiele, colours and textures melting into one-another. Felted lambswools, fine high shine viscose’s and layers of sheer silk chiffon the collection embodies the notion of juxtaposition. Large scale intarsia’s take inspiration from the photography by Francis Giacobetti cascaded across oversized silhouettes, slouched lambswool and mohair hand knits with layers of soft chiffon emerging from beneath. Billowing blocks of colour melt from felt sections with Bauhaus influenced graphic elements contrasting against soft elements of the collection.
