technical description

Black vinyl V-neck sleeveless mini dress featuring an A-line skirt, regular and symmetrical buttoned panels with leather buttons on the plastron, shoulder straps and sides, a front seam and matching cotton lining. Worn over a pair of low-rise black denim trousers with a slit fastened by covered buttons, and buttoned detailing around the crotch, tailored riding panels and a front zip.

concept

​​Designer Nicolas di Felice created his collection keeping couture in mind and looking at garments we are all familiar with - teen and post-teen basics like a pair of jeans or a white printed t-shirt - but from a different point of view, to show that beauty can be found anywhere. He used fabrics to develop natural and comfortable clothes using mostly dark colours intentionally, as a message to the wearer: "you are the colour". Some of his pieces were constructed as puzzles and some were designed in a fragmented way, inspired by those who find it hard to make decisions. To prove that it is possible to find gold in unexpected places.
