concept

The new internet age is everywhere: our bodies carry various hi-tech gadgets that blend in with everyday life as we are drawn into flashing screens "where it all happens”. Yearning to make place for real physical acts alongside this virtual world by trying to turn every little gesture - a finger touching a screen, a click of a keyboard - into an engaging event. The jewels are composed of mechanisms that respond to the motion of the fingers and hands while operating hi-tech gadgets. Each jewelry piece is placed around a joint, and responds to its movement. Any virtual action in the digital world of phone screens can become a mechanical feast for the eyes.
