Alejandro's photo series is a reflection on contemporary culture, which teaches us to consider mind and body as separate and distinct from each other. The result is that many people experience their own thoughts and feelings as something foreign. They spend their days trying to escape from the prison of their mind that their conscience has built up around them. Creating an alternate truth, unique and unrepeatable, that compensates for the lack of satisfaction they experience day in and day out.
