concept

Concat

The collection consisted of couples that are related or in some way linked, symbolising the underlying connection existing between human beings in general. Nadine mixed traditional eastern clothing like the Moroccan “djellabah” and turban, with western classics like trench coats, men’s shirts, ties. The garments are worn regardless of gender to put forward a message of renovation still novel in 2006 when the collection was developed. A unisex dimensione where “boys could be girls and girls could be boys”, freely quoting the punk slogan.
