For over 60 years people from all over the world have been coming to the Mecca of high speed attempts and records, to the unique "Speed Week" held on the remote Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. People with a huge amount of high octane in their blood meet there, together with their self-designed and constructed vehicles. Alexander tried to capture these exceptional individuals with some very crisp, close-up pictures, shot always moments before the race. Transforming them in God-like creatures of speed.
