concept

Using material as a starting point, processing various beads, fringes and tassels to engineer whole new fabrics. Creature-like, organic shapes can often be found in Allison’s work. Although this is not intentional, it is definitely an underlying element that appears. Before approaching fashion design Alison studied medicine in Taiwan, working in a cancer centre for four years, which continues to have a great influence.
